Cold Brew Coffee Popsicles to the rescue

These Dog Days — Cold Brew Coffee Popsicles to the rescue!

You might still like your morning mug of hot coffee, even in summer. But the rest of these dog days are for cold brew popsicles! We made this recipe easy. No mixing bowl and no clean up;  that mess would make you hot from washing dishes. Just measure out the amounts into as many popsicle molds as you want to make and freeze. The hardest part is waiting until they’re fully frozen. We recommend making these right now, so they’ll be ready the moment you want one.

Combine the following into each popsicle mold you intend to make:
1 tsp simple syrup
2 tsp cream or half & half or coconut milk

Freeze for 30-60 minutes to get a swirled layering effect, or add the remaining ingredients immediately to mix it all together.

Second layer:
3 Tbls Ladro Cold Brew
1 tsp simple syrup

Freeze at least 6 hours to be solid.

Lick.

It takes just five minutes, so if you don’t have time to wait for your pops to freeze, it is an easy, cold option to sooth your craving. You might also like our Chocolate Cold Brew Popsicles.
