Chocolate Cold Brew Popsicles
Time for Something Frozen — Chocolate Cold Brew Popsicles
Ready to stop adulting for a little while? We sure are. Remember childhood summers filled with popsicles? Add a bit of cold brew coffee and chocolate to the equation, and suddenly we’re kids again! Well, kids who are allowed to drink coffee. Try serving these at your next backyard party this summer. We think everyone will be thrilled (and energized)!

1/4 cup dark cocoa powder
1/2 Tbls cornstarch
Pinch sea salt

1/2 cup Ladro Cold Brew
Splash vanilla (optional)
Combine sugar, cocoa, cornstarch, salt in sauce pan. Whisk in the milk until smooth. Add cold brew, whisking well.

When off heat, stir in vanilla.
Pour immediately into popsicle molds.
Freeze until hard, about 4-6 hours.
Distract yourself with summer fun until they are frozen.
With these treats in hand, you can still play bocce or corn hole. If you’re extra skilled, you might manage bad-mitten or shuffle board while enjoying this frozen treat. If you decide to grab a spot on your lounge chair, we totally approve!
