What are coffee tasting notes?

Coffee tasting notes are flavor descriptors that our roasters use to help guide customers towards the flavors most commonly tasted in a cup of coffee.

They are NOT added flavors.

Rather, our roasters taste a coffee and use different words to describe what the coffee brings to mind. The flavors inherent in the coffee come from the soil, the climate and the husbandry of the farmers.
